Within the Short Form Skilling team, we are helping learners build skills faster with short video and digital content, activated on social platforms. We are focused on reaching new learners to help them thrive with the skills of the future, while driving business growth by expanding Microsoft’s presence among workforce audiences. As a Content Program Management Intern on the Business User Audience team, you will help deliver clear, relevant content for key business user audience scenarios. You will collaborate with partners to keep information accurate and up to date, support team leaders on content needs, and take ownership of tracking and communicating status across projects.
Job Responsibility:
Support the creation and delivery of short‑form skilling content for business users to leverage AI tools like Copilot, helping gather requirements and curate learning experiences
Contribute audience insights to shape skilling strategies by understanding business users’ skilling needs, preferences, and behaviors with a goal to upskill the business user to use AI more effectively
Assist in developing engaging short form video content across learning channels, communities, events, and social platforms to reach and upskill new learners
Monitor content performance and audience feedback to identify gaps and propose improvements that enhance the user experience
Collaborate and participate in cross‑group project work, including structured teardowns that surface issues, opportunities, and provide improvement recommendations across an end‑to‑end experience
Learn and apply generative AI and Microsoft content guidelines (accessibility and inclusion) to support scalable, high‑quality content development
Support project reporting and deliver a final presentation to Global Learning stakeholders, summarizing insights, learnings, and recommendations
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, or related field during the academic term immediately before the internship
Must have completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies
Nice to have:
Experience with knowledge management and/or digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, short form video, social media, scriptwriting)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for broad audiences and simple storytelling
Demonstrate interest in learning, skilling, digital content creation, or AI technologies
