Job Description

Coursera seeks a creative and detail-oriented Content Production Manager who loves solving production challenges and organizing complex projects at scale. Content Production Managers are cross-functional catalysts that bring together internal teams, industry stakeholders, and 3rd party production vendors to design and build Coursera's courses, Specializations, and Professional Certificates. Content Production Managers (CPMs) are responsible for overseeing the timely development and delivery of learning content. CPMs partner closely with Learning Design Consultants, Partner stakeholders, and 3rd party production companies through the entire production process to build project plans, onboard production teams, provide project updates, and hold the cross-functional teams accountable. As unique and ambiguous problems arise, the CPM is a creative and relentlessly positive leader of the production team, discovering new and compelling solutions throughout the program build.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in project or program management

  • Prior experience drafting or managing contracts and statements of work

Nice to have

  • PMP or equivalent project management experience
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in education or business
