Job Description:

Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery of our Productions, from content intake to team staffing to timely project delivery
  • Own your own book of accounts and be the face of Productions in front of customers, scoping projects before kick off, answering adhoc queries, and growing contracts beyond their original value
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Language teams to improve our documentation, process and automation capabilities

  • Commercial exposure - you have experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. CSM, account manager, Sales)
