Job Description

We are hiring a Content Operations Marketer to own how Abacum’s thought leadership, product narratives, executive perspectives, interviews, launches, and research get created, distributed, amplified, and converted into sustained visibility and demand. This role takes content inputs from across marketing and leadership and turns them into high-impact, AI-powered content programs that drive organic and direct traffic, get Abacum found, and move the right audiences to conversion. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who knows how to use AI to build systems that scale content output, reach, and impact, not a strategy-only position.

Job Responsibility

  • Own content distribution and amplification aligned to Product Marketing priorities
  • Drive organic and direct traffic growth through differentiated, high-quality content
  • Own SEO and AEO execution, from topic selection to on-page optimization
  • Write, edit, and ship content across web, blog, email, social, and YouTube
  • Turn thought leadership, interviews, launches, and research into scalable derivative content programs
  • Own social and video distribution, including channel execution and cadence
  • Build and run AI-enabled content workflows using tools like HubSpot, AirOps, Descript, Riverside, Clay, and similar platforms, using AI to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, transcription, clipping, optimization, and iteration
  • Manage internal contributors, freelancers, and sponsored creators (non-partner)
  • Partner closely with Growth on conversion signals, handoff, and performance insights
  • Measure performance across traffic, engagement, and conversion contribution

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or content operations
  • Strong writer and editor with a clear POV and high quality bar
  • Hands-on experience owning SEO and AEO execution and reporting
  • Proven experience using AI tools to scale content production and distribution
  • Direct experience running social, YouTube, and content distribution tools
  • Ability to maximize the reach and lifespan of every content asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
