Job Description:

Checkr is seeking a dynamic Content Operations Manager to lead the evolution of our digital content engine. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the growth marketing content strategy by harnessing AI and agentic workflows to generate a variety of content assets—articles, videos, scripts, emails, landing pages, and more—designed to elevate both B2B and B2C business growth. You will architect and refine AI-powered editorial workflows, ensuring that each output aligns with Checkr’s brand voice, quality standards, and compliance requirements. You’ll partner with Marketing, Web Operations, Growth, and Legal teams to build efficient content systems—ticketing platforms, production roadmaps, publishing pipelines—and drive impactful assets that support SEO, digital PR, brand presence, and broader growth initiatives.
