As a Content Moderator at Foiwe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that online platforms remain free from harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to enforce community guidelines, policies and legal requirements. This position is essential in fostering a positive user experience and upholding our brand’s reputation.
Job Responsibility:
Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos and audio, to ensure it complies with community guidelines and content policies
Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, illegal content, such as hate speech, harassment, spam and graphic material
Evaluate user reports and inquiries regarding content violations and take appropriate actions based on established procedures
Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and legal requirements related to content moderation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and product development, to address content-related issues
Provide feedback and insights to improve content moderation processes and guidelines
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and challenges in online content moderation and online safety
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in content moderation, online safety or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of online platforms, social media and digital content
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills when evaluating content
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Empathy and a commitment to promoting a safe and positive online community
