Content Moderator - Turkish

• Review, assess, and label multimedia content including text, images, videos, and any future features in line with predefined safety and quality guidelines
• Classify content accurately into predefined categories for quality assessment and model training purposes
• Identify and categorize poor quality, noncompliant, or guideline violating content
• Maintain consistently high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility across all moderation and labeling tasks
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the Manager
• Adapt quickly to evolving rules, workflows, and project updates while supporting continuous team and process improvement

• Native or fluent Turkish speaker
• B2+ level English proficiency
• Minimum 6 months of experience in data annotation or content moderation
• Background in linguistics or language teaching is a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work onsite in rotational shifts, including weekends
