Job Description

As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards into the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as guaranteeing standards of quality while reviewing content.

Job Responsibility

  • Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
  • Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality.
  • Capable of ensuring policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
  • Flexible to policy changes, shifting schedules while being dedicated to standard operating protocols.
  • Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.

Requirements

  • Dutch C2 level
  • English B2 level
  • Have a strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
  • Have strong understanding of e-commerce.
  • Capable of coping with peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons.
  • Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy, rational decision making.
