AtliQ Technologies is looking for a Content & Media Manager who can take ownership of our entire content ecosystem — from ideation to distribution to performance tracking. This role is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who can think strategically about content, build a strong content pipeline, and coordinate with creators, editors, and the team to ensure great ideas turn into impactful content. Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a meaningful content calendar aligned with company goals
Identify content opportunities, trends, and formats that can drive growth
Develop a content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Generate high-quality content ideas regularly
Help founders and team members convert their ideas into structured content pieces
Identify topics that can become high-performing educational or viral content
Coordinate with the video team, editors, and content team to ensure smooth execution
Manage the end-to-end process from idea → scripting → production → publishing
Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging
Ensure content is distributed effectively across platforms
Repurpose long-form content into short-form content, clips, and posts
Build systems to maximize reach and engagement
Regularly analyze content performance metrics
Identify what works and what doesn’t
Provide data-driven suggestions to improve content impact
Requirements:
Strong understanding of content marketing and audience growth
Experience managing content calendars and multi-platform content strategies
Ability to generate creative and meaningful content ideas
Experience coordinating with design, video, and content teams
Good understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems
Strong execution mindset — able to turn ideas into published content
