We are seeking a highly systematic and execution-focused marketing manager to scale our content production and streamline our marketing operations. This role is critical for turning our high-level content strategy into a steady stream of effective, on-brand assets. You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to turn strategic ideas and detailed instructions into high-quality, publish-ready content. You will manage content workflows, maintain content pools, and ensure smooth collaboration across the marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Content Production (40%): Create new long-form content
Research industry topics
Assist in building content templates & style systems
Support new experimental formats
Content Marketing (40%): Repurpose long-form content into multiple smaller deliverables
Produce content based on detailed templates and frameworks
Optimize content for SEO
Manage content scheduling, publishing, and cross-channel distribution
Marketing Operations & Data Tracking (20%): Build and maintain content performance dashboards
Track content performance across channels
Help set up UTM structures, naming conventions, and reporting templates
Identify what content performs well and propose data-backed improvements
Requirements:
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Strong executor
Curious and resourceful
Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across time zones in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have:
You have basic proficiency in SQL and have pulled data from a warehouse before
