We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help tell the NewStore story through high-quality, engaging, and data-driven content. You’ll play a key role in executing our content strategy across multiple channels - from blog posts and eBooks to case studies, white papers, and social media. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong grasp of B2B SaaS marketing and the retail technology landscape. You know how to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire and inform. You’re also comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in your writing process.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, write, and edit impactful content across multiple formats (blogs, eBooks, white papers, case studies, web copy, etc.) aligned with campaign and SEO goals
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all touchpoints
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to develop thought leadership and customer success stories
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across owned channels
Update and optimize existing website and blog content to align with evolving messaging and business priorities
Partner with the Demand Generation team to produce content for nurture tracks and integrated campaigns that move prospects through the funnel
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance
Manage and grow NewStore’s LinkedIn presence, from content planning to audience engagement and performance tracking
Leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) to ideate, draft, and refine content efficiently while maintaining quality and originality
Track and report on content and social performance metrics to measure impact and inform strategy
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or communications, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
A proven ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences and align to business goals
Experience using AI tools for content creation and an understanding of how LLMs are transforming brand visibility and search
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content distribution best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for tone, detail, and consistency
Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience in retail technology or enterprise SaaS is a plus
