Job Description:

About DualEntry: Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups. DualEntry is changing the future of ERP. Our AI-native ERP lets teams achieve more in less time. $5M-ARR businesses and NYSE-listed companies trust DualEntry to automate away busywork and fuel their growth with powerful reporting and insights. We’re making the one-person finance team a reality and putting the pain of legacy ERPs from the 1990s in the past. We operate with urgency and ownership. We move fast. Why This Role Matters Now: Since launching 18 months ago, we’ve raised $100M with backing from Lightspeed, Khosla, and Google Ventures. We got there by moving incredibly fast and hiring the best and brightest talent. To accelerate that momentum, we’re growing our team. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Move at rocket speed, build the next massive ERP behemoth. We’re looking for a CMM to own our content strategy end to end and shape how modern finance teams discover, understand, and trust DualEntry. This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and enjoys turning complex accounting and finance topics into clear, compelling stories. Our content has already generated meaningful traction. Now, we’re ready to level up and build a full-scale content engine from the ground up one that can compete with the best marketing and content teams in the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build the best in the world content lead generation engine, with a heavy focus on Linkedin
  • Own end-to-end content strategy and editorial direction
  • Turn complex accounting and finance topics into clear, compelling content across mediums (SEO/blog, social (Linkedin heavy), etc)
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and growth goals
  • Create in-depth content including blogs, guides, ebooks, white papers, and case studies
  • Comfort with representing DualEntry on camera across different video formats on social and website channels
  • Work closely with web, video, SEO, product, growth, and sales teams
  • Refine and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
  • Track performance and continuously improve content based on results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in owning B2B or B2C SaaS content marketing strategy end-to-end
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, across short-form and long-form content incl. video content
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with gated content, lead generation, and lifecycle content

Nice to have:

Experience in fintech, accounting, finance, or developer tools

What we offer:
  • Significant equity ownership
  • Full medical, dental & vision insurance
  • 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) benefits
  • Relocation support provided
