We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager whose mission is to be Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy and create impactful assets across media that align with Automata’s business objectives and life sciences lab automation target audience.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned to Automata’s brand and business goals
Developing a content calendar and producing high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, webinars, and video scripts
Collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, SEO specialists, creative teams, and subject matter experts
Managing the editorial process including content creation, editing, proofreading, and ensuring brand consistency
Implementing SEO best practices and working with SEO agencies to drive organic website traffic
Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize and adjust strategies
Staying current on life sciences market trends, audience preferences, and competitor content
Supporting demand generation campaigns and event marketing through targeted content development
Leading collaboration across marketing teams to integrate content strategy effectively into overall marketing and product launch plans
Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive engagement and support complex B2B sales cycles
Requires 5-7 years in content development and marketing, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or technology sectors
Deep understanding of life sciences and lab automation
Content strategy and creation expertise
SEO/GEO and digital marketing proficiency
Data-driven mindset
Experience with marketing automation and CRM, CMS tools
Cross-functional collaboration skills
AI literacy in marketing
Project management ability
Nice to have:
Experience managing content across multiple channels and formats, with a focus on educating and influencing technical and executive audiences in scientific domains
