IQM is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Content Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across multiple channels to support marketing, sales, client success, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience translating complex topics into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences — both technical and executive.
Job Responsibility:
Own the content strategy and editorial calendar to support cross-channel sales and buyer enablement, including web, blog, email, and social
Create, edit, and manage high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, client-facing materials, research and other marketing collateral
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to align content with business goals
Translate data-driven, technical, and industry-specific concepts into engaging and accessible content throughout the funnel
Own the brand voice and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all content
Manage content workflows, deadlines, and approvals
Optimize content for SEO/AEO, audience engagement, and performance metrics
Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve reach and impact
Maintain and update website and content libraries as needed
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in content management, content marketing, or a related role
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience managing content across multiple channels and audiences
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience in Ad Tech, data, political, healthcare, or enterprise technology / SaaS environments
Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices and analytics tools
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
Background supporting B2B marketing or sales enablement content
