The #1 Fastest Growing Gifting Company in America, Goody is looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to own our retention and customer marketing content across email, social, and editorial channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for how we communicate with our customers – driving engagement, repeat gifting, and long-term loyalty through thoughtful, well-crafted content. As a fast-growing platform for corporate gifting, Goody has no shortage of occasions, gifts, and product releases to celebrate. You’ll be at the heart of planning and building outstanding campaigns that bring our marketing calendar to life and speak to our target personas. While this is a B2B role, it’s not traditional SaaS customer marketing. Gifting is emotional, creative, and human, and our content should reflect that.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or email marketing, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
Proven experience owning customer-facing content calendars and ongoing communications
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice, clarity, and storytelling
Strong design sensibility and visual taste, with experience using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar to create or guide high-quality content
Experience owning or contributing to SEO-driven content strategies (keyword research, optimization, performance tracking)
Experience with email marketing platforms (bonus points if it’s Customer.IO)
Solid understanding of social media, retention, and customer engagement best practices
Ability to adapt content for organic and paid social placements
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs and marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience creating or supporting short-form video content is a bonus
Data-informed but creatively driven
Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to anticipate what users need next
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple content streams
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Collaborative, thoughtful, and excited to build long-term relationships through content
Nice to have:

Experience with Customer.IO email marketing platform
