Feedzai is looking for a skilled writer and storyteller to join our marketing team as Content Marketing Manager. In this role, you will turn complex topics about fraud, AML, and financial technology into content that informs, engages, and inspires leaders in the financial services industry. You will create high-quality blogs, reports, customer stories, and thought leadership pieces that strengthen Feedzai’s voice and bring our brand to life. Your work will help position Feedzai as a trusted authority in financial crime prevention while showcasing the real-world impact of our innovation. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You will research, write, edit, and collaborate with teams across brand, product marketing, design, and PR to ensure our stories are cohesive, creative, and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Write and edit blogs, reports, ebooks, and customer stories that meet the highest standards of clarity and quality
Develop narratives that make complex topics accessible and engaging
Work with design and video teams to adapt content across formats
Monitor and analyze content performance against established metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement to drive engagement and conversions
Oversee social strategy, SEO programs, and web content to maximize reach, engagement, and authority
Partner with product, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure content maps to the entire customer journey
Define KPIs across content, comms, and digital channels to demonstrate measurable impact on engagement, growth, and pipeline
Drive innovation in content formats, digital distribution, and use of AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality
Partner with product marketing to translate positioning into customer-ready content
Work with the social and SEO teams to ensure content is optimized for reach and engagement
Contribute ideas for new campaigns, series, and creative formats
Uphold editorial standards and ensure all content reflects Feedzai’s brand tone
Use AI tools responsibly for research, brainstorming, and drafting, while ensuring all published work is human-refined and final
Maintain consistency across global campaigns and customer touchpoints
Requirements:
5–7 years of content writing experience in B2B tech, fintech, or financial services
Proven ability to craft long-form and short-form content with clarity, authority, and impact
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
Comfortable using AI as a tool, but committed to delivering human-quality final output
Collaborative, deadline-driven, and highly organized
