We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-quality, patient-friendly content across digital platforms. This role combines content strategy, SEO optimization, and partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage production of engaging, health-literate content for websites, blogs, and digital channels
Coordinate freelance writers and oversee workflow from brief → draft → review → publication
Ensure accuracy and compliance through clinician review processes
Collaborate with design and web teams to optimize content for visual appeal and conversion
Maintain editorial calendar and track KPIs such as traffic, leads, and search rankings
Organize content review panels with advocacy partners and subject matter experts
Secure co-branded distribution opportunities via partner newsletters, social media, and websites
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or OTC marketing communications
Strong understanding of patient education and digital content best practices
Experience managing health-literate content production
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker Studio, etc.)
Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
