Job Description:

Breef is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to join our dynamic, quickly growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading our overall content strategy and execution for the Breef brand and supporting channels. As a visual storyteller, your role is to build brand trust through great content and concepts. You will be responsible for showcasing Breef’s product and offering through engaging assets, mediums and platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to support our go-to-market strategy and initiatives across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports Breef’s product, mission and overall brand presence
  • Oversee all brand assets and production requirements: emails, decks, social media, paid ads, etc.
  • Work extremely closely with our founder and designers on overall brand direction and presence
  • Create a robust content calendar and distribution process in collaboration with the larger marketing, growth and sales teams
  • Own all marketing trends and research for ads, emails, website, social media, creators, etc.
  • Manage and write all briefs for various content needs — working in partnership with our design team
  • Support integrated marketing needs through clear product, user and sales materials
  • Contribute to our email marketing program and bi-weekly newsletter through creative and copy
  • Manage and create posts for Breef’s social media channels in collaboration with the larger marketing team
  • Write and edit copy for needed brand materials such as email campaigns, website needs, sales enablement materials, etc.
  • Contribute to website assets, visuals, and copy as needed
  • Own all creator / UGC needs: sourcing, briefs, contracts, and final edits
  • Assist with creation of partnership and webinar content, including topics, scripts, and promotional materials
  • Lead the concept, creation and briefs for our performance marketing ads — working closely with our growth team on user journey, targeting and ad performance
  • Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution
  • Experience with social media content and management — knowledge of best practices, formatting, ad sizes, etc.
  • Understanding of video mediums — how to concept and brief a strong video for digital mediums
  • Experience developing and executing against a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy and brand narrative
  • Familiarity with Figma as the main design tool and HubSpot as our CRM
  • Extremely strong copywriting and editing skills

Nice to have:

Experience within a tech company or B2B setting is a plus

What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Equity in a high-growth startup
  • Opportunity for extreme growth and ownership within the organization
  • Generous vacation and flexible remote work policy
