At Travel + Leisure Co., we create exceptional vacation experiences—and that starts with compelling storytelling and engaging content. We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Specialist to help bring our campaigns to life across digital and traditional channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media content, eDMs, landing pages, digital ads, gift certificates, and print collateral
  • Support the creation and repurposing of content across various communication channels to ensure brand consistency
  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling marketing copy aligned with our brand voice
  • Generate and publish engaging content (text, images, video, HTML) that drives customer engagement and conversion
  • Assist in campaign tracking and performance monitoring, including maintaining campaign codes and coordinating with internal teams such as Call Centers
  • Identify and curate user-generated content, ensuring proper consent and amplification across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Line, Viber)
  • Plan and manage social media editorial calendars and email marketing schedules
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, deriving insights and recommending improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Relations and Sales to strengthen brand reputation and campaign impact
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Support general marketing operations, including administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles (highly preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a creative mindset
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution (e.g., email builds, landing page updates)
  • Proven experience in social media management and analytics tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage high content volume in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in tools such as: Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • WordPress, Mailchimp
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Fluency in English
