We are looking for a Content Marketing & Communications Manager - a hybrid operational marketing role combining content coordination, PR activities, case-study management, event support, website coordination, and distribution operations.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate creation of case studies, business cases, technical success stories, and expert content
Work closely with CEO, Marketing & Operations Project Manager, and leadership to extract expertise and transform it into market-ready narratives
Facilitate collection of information for technical case studies, architecture stories, ecommerce transformation projects, Grand Round / workshop outcomes, partnership initiatives
Structure and maintain the content pipeline and publication calendar
Organize and coordinate distribution of content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, partner communities, industry platforms, ecommerce media, directories and marketplaces
Coordinate announcements around events, workshops, partnership activities, business cases, expert publications, conference participation
Support PR and visibility initiatives for Dinarys leadership and technical experts
Research relevant platforms, communities, rankings, media opportunities, and publication channels
Requirements
2+ years in Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, Communications, or similar roles
Experience coordinating content production and multi-channel distribution
Understanding of B2B marketing processes
Strong written communication skills
Ability to transform complex topics into structured, understandable narratives
Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
Confident communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
Ability to interview experts and extract meaningful insights from conversations
Experience with CMS / website management workflows
LinkedIn and email marketing tools

Experience in ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, or B2B tech services
Experience working with case studies and technical storytelling
Basic understanding of software development or digital commerce
