As a Content Manager at IMPACT, your role is to create and manage strategic content that increases awareness and demand for IMPACT and Endless Customers. This includes overseeing editorial planning, content creation, and publication across IMPACT’s website/learning center and social media, ensuring all content enhances marketing, sales, and community engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain an editorial calendar
Publish content and videos to the website, social media, or on YouTube
Regularly audit old content
Maintain a handful of content pieces that need to be regularly maintained
Ensure CTAs are high-converting
Collaborate with the sales team
Actively collaborate with the Director of Creative and Video
Consistently evaluate and improve past content
Relentlessly identify and experiment with new strategies
Regularly track social media and YouTube content performance
Monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms
Test and refine engagement strategies
Optimize video content for distribution
Stay ahead of industry trends
