Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our ZEOS Marketing & GTM team. We need a content orchestrator who enjoys high-level execution and the satisfaction of seeing a complex project through to the finish line. You will be the primary driver of our content engine, responsible for turning our strategic narrative into high-impact assets across all our digital channels. Sitting at the heart of our production workflow, you will manage the lifecycle of our core multimedia projects, from coordinating video productions and editorial deep-dives to strategic social distribution.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end project management for flagship video series and high-stakes content projects
  • Drive the ZEOS blog and YouTube presence including managing editorial calendar
  • Draft compelling B2B copy and translate complex logistics and SaaS concepts into engaging narratives
  • Track content performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Lead operational side of masterclasses and webinars, repurposing content across owned and partner channels

Requirements

  • Solid background in B2B marketing, specifically in developing thought leadership and product-driven storytelling
  • Master organiser with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and hit ambitious deadlines
  • Articulate communicator able to translate technical, complex business concepts into engaging stories
  • Exceptional written and verbal English
  • Accountable partner with sharp eye for detail and proactive attitude
  • Strategic executor comfortable with CMS platforms and social analytics to drive brand growth

Nice to have

  • Experience with video production or webinar platforms like Livestorm
