Adyen is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and collaborative Content Manager to support our editorial voice in Singapore and across the expanding APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Studio, APAC, you will be responsible for defining how Adyen’s story is told in one of the world's most dynamic fintech landscapes. The content manager role is focused on the day-to-day creation, execution, and optimization of Adyen's content plan. They have strong project management skills, and the ability to stick to timelines and drive projects forward. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, project management, and editorial skills. You are a master storyteller who can pivot from writing technical white papers to crafting high-engagement LinkedIn posts. This role requires a unique blend of industry curiosity and a commercial mindset, ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose in driving brand awareness, establishing thought leadership, and generating high-quality leads.
Job Responsibility:
Enhance and execute on the content roadmap for APAC
Define and manage Adyen APAC’s presence on social channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
Monitor evolving B2B media trends, platform algorithms, and content consumption behaviors
Work closely with local and global teams to produce compelling and relevant content and marketing materials
Develop and execute detailed project plans
Write, edit, proofread, publish and optimize long and short-form copy for a wide range of formats
Work with the Global Content and Studio teams to adapt global content for the APAC market
Manage external writing resources
Analyze content performance using data
Proactively integrate AI tools into your workflow
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content
Requirements:
5+ years in content or strategic copywriting, with a preference for B2B Tech, Fintech, or Financial Services backgrounds
Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and how B2B audiences consume content across platforms
Impeccable eye for detail and a journalistic attitude
Understand the nuances of the LinkedIn algorithm and know how to create content that encourages shares, comments, and professional engagement
Curious and strive to understand the motivations, behaviors, and pain points of our merchant audience
Thrive in a flat, fast-paced environment
Comfortable working hands-on and are prepared to work in silo, with internal teams, and with agencies and freelancers
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while remaining open to iteration and feedback
Some domestic and international travel is required
