We’re looking for a Content Manager – Spain to lead the planning, production, and optimization of high-quality content for our Spanish market. You will help drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The Content Manager – Spain owns the editorial roadmap for the regions, ensuring that content aligns with SEO best practices, cultural nuances, brand guidelines, and NSN’s business objectives. You will collaborate closely with SEO, Product, and Business teams to produce localised and competitive content that resonates with the Spanish audience. In some cases, you may oversee Content Managers, ensuring smooth workflows, quality control, and continuous improvements. This role is ideal for someone who combines editorial expertise, a strong understanding of SEO, regional cultural awareness, and excellent organisational skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and manage the content roadmap for the Spanish market in alignment with SEO and business priorities
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value content opportunities within the region
  • Create detailed content briefs tailored to the Spanish audience, including structure, tone, and target keywords
  • Ensure all content reflects local language norms, regulatory considerations, and cultural nuances
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, from ideation to publication
  • When relevant, coordinate the work of Content Managers focusing on Spanish content
  • Update and optimise existing content to boost rankings, engagement, and conversions in the Spanish market
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and propose data-driven improvement plans
  • Apply best practices for metadata, internal linking, formatting, and on-page optimisation
  • Work closely with SEO specialists to track traffic and ranking performance
  • Collaborate with Writers, Editors, Designers, and Localization specialists to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Review drafts to ensure linguistic correctness, readability, and editorial quality
  • Support the localisation of global content for Spanish users
  • Contribute to content review sessions and participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Work with SEO, Product, and Business teams to align content with acquisition and monetisation goals
  • Align frequently with Senior Content Managers or Team Leaders regarding priorities and deliverables
  • Suggest workflow improvements, regional adaptations, or new content formats for better reach and engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, editorial management, or SEO-driven content for the Spanish market
  • Native or fluent Spanish
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and SERP dynamics in Spain
  • Experience with CMS tools and analytics platforms (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Looker Studio)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent writing and briefing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment
