Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and publish impactful digital content across web and email platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals
  • Optimise digital platforms and content to support acquisition, online sales, and overall user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to propose and implement innovative content strategies and performance improvements
  • Conduct content quality checks, reviewing structure, design, accessibility and usability for optimal customer experience
  • Support digital migrations and adapt swiftly to new CMS platforms and workflows

Requirements:

  • Ambition to further develop your career in digital content and user experience within the financial sector
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in digital content management or a similar role
  • Past experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • You’re at your best when creating engaging content that supports business goals and enhances the user experience
  • Your strengths are CMS management, attention to detail, and understanding of digital customer journeys
  • Working experience with tools such as WordPress, OpenText or Adobe Experience Manager is key
  • Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability skills are needed in this job
