Job Description:

We’re looking for a Content Managers LATAM to lead the planning, production, and optimization of high-quality, SEO-driven content for our digital platforms. In this role, you will own the execution of the editorial roadmap for a specific market or product category, ensuring that all content aligns with business goals, audience expectations, and SEO best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with SEO specialists, Editors, and Writers and may oversee Junior Content Managers or Content Writers to deliver impactful content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and manage the production of content according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant content opportunities
  • Create detailed content briefs, including target keywords, structure, and tone of voice
  • Ensure that all published content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and business objectives
  • Manage the delivery of content pieces from ideation to publication, ensuring timeliness and quality
  • When applicable, coordinate the work of assigned Writers or Junior Content Managers, reviewing progress and deliverables
  • Regularly update and optimize existing articles to improve SEO rankings and user experience
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and propose improvement actions
  • Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow best practices
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with Writers, Editors, and Designers to guarantee the consistency and accuracy of published content
  • Review drafts to ensure factual accuracy, readability, and adherence to guidelines
  • Support the localization or adaptation of content for different markets when required
  • Participate in content review sessions and share feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Business teams to ensure that content supports acquisition and monetization goals
  • Align with the Head of Content or Team Leader on market priorities, ongoing projects, and deliverables
  • Contribute to process improvement by suggesting workflow enhancements or new tools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager in iGaming (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Experience supervising or mentoring writers is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms
