Job Responsibility:
Draft and update help center articles, FAQs, and internal guides under guidance
Assist with Spanish-English translations for product content (if applicable)
Run spelling, link, and formatting checks
flag outdated or inconsistent content
Organize and maintain internal documentation for quick retrieval and updates
Tag and file customer-facing content (docs, videos) to match tone and structure standards
Flag trends in support tickets or recurring questions and suggest new content ideas
Tag and surface support chats/emails/calls for internal quality review samples
Help coordinate internal learning sessions

Requirements:

can write clearly and follow tone/style guidelines

prefer working behind the scenes to make things clearer and smoother

comfortable asking questions and collaborating with teammates in different time zones
