Job Description:

BlackRock’s HR Technology Platform team is seeking an Associate to help enhance the digital employee experience by managing high quality HR content and strengthening content governance across our HR systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator who partners with HR teams globally to identify content gaps, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure updates meet governance standards. You will play a key role in shaping a seamless, intuitive content experience that enables employees to get answers to their HR questions quickly and confidently. In partnership with our Technology teams, you will help enhance and maintain the HR Employee Service Portal and other digital platforms, ensuring they deliver intuitive, consistent, and increasingly AI‑supported content experiences. As we continue to advance BlackRock’s broader AI strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to apply AI‑informed thinking—leveraging structured data, usage insights, and feedback—to make HR content more relevant and impactful. Comfort working within digital content management systems such as ServiceNow and an openness to using AI tools to modernize content workflows will be important for success in this role. You will bring strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a curiosity for emerging AI capabilities that can enhance HR content operations. This includes identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve accuracy, and elevate employee experience through smarter, data‑driven content design. Your ability to collaborate with Technology teams, experiment with new tools, and integrate employee‑centered design principles will help ensure our content ecosystem continues to evolve in alignment with BlackRock’s future‑ready digital strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update HR content in ServiceNow and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Champion an employee‑centered design approach to ensure all HR content and digital experiences are intuitive and aligned with key employee moments
  • Answer inquiries and provide support for other HR Teams on the HR Hub functionality and content creation / maintenance
  • Apply content governance standards, templates, taxonomy and workflows to support high quality and compliant content
  • Advise HR partners on how best to bring content to life, including consulting them on UI/UX of the employee service portal changes
  • Analyze content usage data, search trends, and feedback to identify improvements and provide insights to HR stakeholders
  • Apply structured problem-solving to assess issues, analyze root causes, and propose scalable solutions
  • Provide project management support across HR content and digital experience initiatives by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively identifying risks or issues to keep workstreams on schedule and aligned with priorities
  • Partner with HR, Technology, and content owners to balance priorities, meet deadlines, and advance shared work
  • Support project activities from planning through execution, including documenting requirements and identifying risks
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and present insights in a concise, audience appropriate way
  • Explore AI and automation opportunities that modernize HR content operations and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in content management, content governance, including creating, editing, publishing, and maintaining content
  • Experience with ServiceNow knowledge management (or comparable content management systems) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with SharePoint Online for managing and organizing content
  • Strong understanding of content governance, including templates, taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage tasks, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in and openness to using AI‑enabled tools to enhance content workflows and strengthen the employee experience
What we offer:
  • Strong retirement plan
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Comprehensive healthcare
  • Support for working parents
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO)
