Job Description

AirOps is hiring a Content Engineer, SEO Strategist to help define and lead one of the most important new roles in modern SEO and organic growth. This is not a traditional content role and it’s not just classic SEO execution either. It’s an opportunity to join the company that redefined Content Engineering as the operating system for scalable search performance. Think about how product management, growth, and DevOps emerged as new categories. Content Engineering is at that same inflection point for SEO teams. In 2026, Content Engineering becomes the most critical role inside the modern B2B marketing org, a blend of technical SEO, organic growth strategy, frontier search research, and precise workflow execution. Joining AirOps means stepping into that shift early and directly shaping how brands earn rankings, citations, and durable visibility across every major search surface.

Job Responsibility

  • Use Page360, SEO audits, keyword research, and performance data to guide content priorities and structured publishing improvements
  • Deliver measurable improvements across rankings, organic traffic, AEO citations, structured extractability, and workflow adoption
  • Build SEO-driven workflows in AirOps for briefs, refresh cycles, publishing, internal linking, and structured outputs using repeatable templates
  • Create best-in-class human-in-the-loop workflows that improve SEO operations and inform future product development
  • Execute on-page optimization, publish content in the CMS, conduct technical SEO audits, and implement structured content updates
  • Lead keyword and topic research while supporting site architecture, internal linking strategy, schema implementation, structured data deployment, and SEO technical foundations
  • Build dashboards that track rankings, organic visibility, AEO performance, search behavior, and workflow impact, supported by recurring insights
  • Partner with content, brand, product, design, and search teams while monitoring content decay, SERP volatility, and performance trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO execution, technical SEO, or content operations
  • AirOps experience is a standout advantage, especially if you’re already a power user, cohort grad, or have built workflows inside the platform
  • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, technical optimization, structured content, schema, and search architecture
  • Familiarity with LLM visibility, AI search monitoring, or answer engine optimization tools used to track brand presence, citations, and content performance in large language models
  • Skilled in SEO reporting, keyword research, site audits, dashboard creation, and data interpretation
  • Experience publishing and optimizing content in CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot
  • Proficient with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker
  • Experience with workflow building, AI prompting, and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and Clay
  • Strong communicator comfortable working across brand, content, search, design, and product teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in repeatable systems and fast-moving SEO environments

What we offer

  • Equity in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Parental Leave
  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast
