We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented content editor to support a long-term contract opportunity that is 100% onsite in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will help strengthen and organize employee-facing HR content, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and ready for delivery across modern digital experiences, including AI-enabled channels. This position is ideal for someone who combines editorial precision with strong stakeholder collaboration and a practical understanding of content operations at scale.
Job Responsibility
Review HR content with content owners to confirm accuracy, relevance, compliance, and readiness for future use
Manage content creation and revision requests from internal customers while meeting established service expectations and delivery schedules
Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate large-scale content movement from multiple sources while preserving consistency and quality
Validate migrated content by checking metadata, structure, and formatting, and provide sign-off support during testing activities
Help reshape lengthy, single-purpose documents into modular content components designed for reuse across audiences, channels, and AI-supported experiences
Contribute to editorial standards, style guidance, and content governance practices that improve clarity and maintainability
Ensure published materials align with policy updates, process changes, accessibility expectations, and organizational content strategy
Build productive working relationships across cross-functional teams to resolve issues, gather input, and keep projects moving forward
Requirements
Proven experience editing, managing, or optimizing content within one or more content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, etc.
Demonstrated ability to prepare structured content for AI ingestion, reuse, and metadata-driven publishing
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and sound editorial judgment
Experience working with cross-functional partners on deadline-driven projects involving content operations or process coordination
Familiarity with HR, policy, benefits, or employee service content in a complex organizational environment
Ability to balance multiple priorities, respond to requests efficiently, and maintain accuracy under tight timelines
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams
