Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and empathetic Content Designer to join our HR team. In this role, you will shape the digital landscape for our 300,000+ global employees, ensuring they can intuitively navigate company resources, take decisive action, and discover new opportunities in their careers. You will be the voice that guides our workforce through their most important professional moments. By applying principles of web writing, content design, and technical communication, you will transform complex HR information into seamless self-service experiences. Whether an employee is using a mobile app, searching the internal portal, or interacting with a digital assistant, your work ensures they find exactly what they need with ease and clarity.

Job Responsibility

  • Create "evergreen" content: Develop brand-new content that supports various departments within Human Resources, including Career Development, Performance Development, Benefits, Compensation, and Offboarding
  • Apply design best practices: Use web writing and content design principles to create and organize content that fosters a meaningful, connected digital experience
  • Multi-channel writing: Draft content for web banners, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital channels to support employee self-service
  • Collaborate across teams: Work as part of a project team that includes product owners, HR project leads, change management associates, and HR Communications
  • Own the editorial process: Manage the lifecycle from writing and editing to incorporating stakeholder feedback, securing final approval, and publishing
  • Content maintenance: Revise or uplift currently published content to ensure accuracy and relevance when changes are needed
  • Platform management: Use ServiceNow to publish approved educational content and manage the HR Content Team's intake by reviewing and assigning new requests
  • Data-driven optimization: Analyze content performance metrics to identify gaps and execute on recommendations for improvement
  • Quality assurance: Act as a subject matter expert on content standards, reviewing peer articles for clarity, consistency, and quality

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of corporate writing experience
  • Background in English, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience writing content specifically for the web and educational or customer-service contexts
  • Experience creating content architectures, storytelling, and drafting clear, concise copy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work quickly, and meet deadlines while creating project management documentation
  • Ability to contribute on both a strategic and tactical level while navigating a large organization
  • A value for teamwork, creativity, and high-quality digital experiences

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and experience using content management platforms such as Adobe or ServiceNow
  • Understanding of how different systems interact to create an end-to-end user journey
  • Passion for internal communications and knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of how to use Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance writing workflows
