We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented Content Designer / UX Writer to support their on-site team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user-centered content for complex digital experiences within the payments and banking sector. The position is temporary, with a duration of approximately 7 to 12 months, and is based on-site in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Craft clear, concise content for onboarding processes, including application forms, support materials, and error messages
Establish and maintain style guides, content standards, and reusable content patterns across platforms
Develop support articles, FAQs, tooltip content, and educational resources to facilitate client onboarding and activation
Ensure all content complies with accessibility, plain language, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies, participate in reviews, and optimize onboarding experiences through testing and user feedback
Requirements:
Over five years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline
Demonstrated success creating application and onboarding content for digital products
Proficiency working within established design systems and content standards
Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused content for complex workflows
Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills across diverse teams
