Job Responsibility:

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand goals and audience interests
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging
utilise SEO best practises to optimise content for search engines and increase organic traffic
Engage with our audience on social media, responding to comments and messages to build a community around our brand
analyse content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies for improved engagement
Assist in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and platforms

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
A qualification in digital marketing ideally at degree level (Certifications from recognized bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) would also be advantageous such as Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing)
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to assess campaign performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling through digital mediums
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions
