As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering polished marketing visuals across multiple platforms. You’ll capture gameplay and short-form content, edit trailers and reels, and design supporting assets such as key art, motion graphics, thumbnails, and layouts. This role requires close collaboration with both our U.S. and China teams, ensuring content is globally aligned, culturally adaptable, and optimized for diverse platforms and audiences.
Job Responsibility:
Capture dynamic in-game footage for trailers, promotional videos, key art, and social media content
Stage and direct gameplay or short-form action to showcase key features, story moments, and brand identity
Create engaging content for streaming and social media, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram
Manage and organize captured assets, ensuring easy access and seamless collaboration across teams
Work with developers, producers, artists, and marketing teams (U.S. and China) to plan and execute capture sessions aligned with campaign goals
Assist in QA testing by identifying visual inconsistencies, animation issues, and polish opportunities
Edit gameplay and video footage into trailers, sizzle reels, and highlight content
Re-create and adapt marketing content from the China creative team for U.S. and global campaigns
Apply color grading, sound sync, transitions, and motion graphics to elevate video quality
Optimize video assets for multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality output for trailers, social media, and streaming
Use Unreal Engine and Unity to navigate builds, set up scenes, and choreograph in-game camera work
Operate debug tools, in-game cameras, and third-party capture software for polished content
Stay up to date with industry trends, new capture technologies, and evolving best practices
Design supporting assets including thumbnails, social media graphics, animated logos, and overlays
Produce 2D/3D assets for trailers, reels, DLC campaigns, and digital storefronts
Develop branded templates and layouts for key art, marketing kits, and campaign visuals
Ensure design, typography, and branding consistency across all assets
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in game capture, video editing, or asset creation in gaming, film, or entertainment
Proficiency with Unreal Engine and Unity for scene setup and capture
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema4D)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing rhythm, and design composition
Familiarity with streaming/content platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
Experience adapting assets for global campaigns and localized content
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) strongly preferred
Strong eye for content-driven storytelling and marketing design
Excellent communication skills for cross-border collaboration with China-based teams
Highly organized, able to manage large asset libraries and multiple deadlines
Nice to have:
Motion graphics, VFX, or 3D animation
UI/HUD overlay design for promotional content
Familiarity with OBS, XSplit, or live streaming production
QA or gameplay polish experience
