KLBD – one of the world’s leading kosher certification agencies – is looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to bring the story of kosher food in the UK to life. In this role, you will produce engaging social media content that promotes KLBD‑certified products, spotlights kosher restaurants, and educates the community about kashrut. Your work will help strengthen trust in KLBD, inspire people to keep kosher, and support income‑generating promotions through the Is it kosher? app and website, which attracts over 170,000 unique users each year.
Job Responsibility:
Create engaging video content announcing new KLBD products and promoting kosher restaurants
Produce “behind‑the‑scenes” content to showcase KLBD’s work across the UK, including visits to restaurants, factories, and kashrut supervisors
Edit and caption videos while maintaining brand identity, ensuring content is fit for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp
Manage discounts and promotions for kosher restaurants and licensees across the KLBD website and Is it kosher? platforms
Collaborate with colleagues across the United Synagogue to support organisational goals and uphold our mission
Requirements:
A talented and imaginative videographer/content creator
Skilled in social media trends, formats, and platform best practice
Experienced in video editing software such as Clipchamp or CapCut
Confident in developing stories and producing compelling, high‑quality content
Familiar with the UK Jewish community and KLBD’s audiences
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and build effective working relationships
Nice to have:
Knowledge of kashrut and the kosher food scene
Experience running promotions
Experience in a large charity or multi‑stakeholder environment
