• Create high-quality video and photographic content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Support marketing, PR, and promotional campaigns through creative visual storytelling
• Capture content across various areas including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa & Wellness
• Edit and deliver content suitable for digital platforms and social media channels
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and operations teams to understand content needs
• Manage content production from concept development to final delivery
• Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments
• Ensure all content reflects professionalism, creativity, and brand standards

• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and editing skills
• Proficiency in professional camera equipment and editing software
• Excellent visual storytelling ability with strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with social media platforms and consumer engagement
• Knowledge of drone operation and aerial filming is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
• Fluency in English is required
• Arabic language skills are a must
