Job Description:

We’re looking for a content creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling. Someone who can turn complex ideas into punchy, scroll-stopping content. Someone who can spot a trend before it peaks and knows when to ignore one entirely. Based from either our London or New York office, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling video and social content that highlights Sonder’s consultants, celebrates our success stories, and positions Sonder as the go-to voice for legal career insight. From brainstorming campaign ideas to shooting, editing, posting, analysing and optimising... you’ll be hands-on across the entire content lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Produce short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Create dynamic social graphics, carousels, and micro-stories that engage, educate and convert
Capture authentic, personality-driven footage of consultants in our offices and at events
Develop content formats that elevate our employer brand and broaden our reach
Own the social scheduling process including captions, CTAs, and performance tracking
Jump into ad-hoc brand projects such as event assets, campaign microsites, etc.
Stay ahead of digital trends and constantly refine content for maximum impact

Requirements:

A portfolio packed with video-first social content
Strong knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Veed or similar)
Experience creating content optimised for LinkedIn and Instagram specifically
A visually-led mindset, with a passion for filming and experimenting with new formats
Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to simplify technical topics
Confidence working independently and collaboratively across global teams

Nice to have:

Experience in B2B or professional services, especially recruitment or legal
