This is a senior role for someone who sits naturally at the intersection of creative direction and content strategy – equally comfortable shaping big ideas as they are building the editorial engine behind them. The organisation is entering a new phase of growth and brand evolution, and this hire will play a central role in defining how it shows up across digital, campaigns and cultural programming. You will lead the development and execution of a cohesive creative and content vision across multiple platforms. This includes overseeing editorial direction, campaign storytelling, visual identity alignment and audience growth initiatives. You’ll manage multidisciplinary creatives (internal and external), while partnering closely with marketing, partnerships and leadership teams to ensure output is culturally relevant, strategically aligned and commercially effective.
Job Responsibility:
Define and deliver a clear creative and content strategy aligned to brand and growth objectives
Lead campaign development from concept through to execution across digital and physical touchpoints
Oversee editorial planning, storytelling frameworks and content production
Ensure visual and narrative consistency across channels
Collaborate with artists, creatives and external partners on culturally relevant projects
Manage and mentor a small in-house team and freelance network
Requirements:
Significant experience in senior creative and/or content leadership roles
Background within arts, culture, publishing, media or a related sector
Proven ability to balance brand storytelling with audience growth and engagement
Strong editorial instincts alongside visual and creative direction capability
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns
High level of cultural awareness and creative judgement
