Our fintech client is looking for a versatile, detail-obsessed Content Copywriter to support ongoing content needs across marketing and customer experience touchpoints. This freelance role is ideal for a writer who can shift seamlessly between clear engaging marketing messaging, and educational content — all while maintaining a consistent, trusted voice for a global financial brand. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including content strategists, product designers, marketers, legal, and compliance to craft copy that helps millions of customers confidently manage and move their money.
Job Responsibility:
Write and refine customer-facing content across digital channels including web, app, email, and support experiences
Translate complex financial concepts into clear, human, easy-to-understand language
Develop copy for product features, onboarding flows, help content, and transactional messaging
Support marketing and lifecycle campaigns with benefit-driven, brand-aligned messaging
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and content standards
Collaborate with design, product, and legal teams to balance clarity, compliance, and customer trust
Iterate on content based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business needs
Maintain consistency across experiences while adapting tone for different audiences and use cases
Requirements:
4+ years of professional copywriting experience in tech, fintech, financial services, or complex digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of: Product or UX-informed copy
Marketing or lifecycle messaging
Educational or support content
Exceptional ability to make complex information simple and approachable
Experience writing within brand and voice guidelines
Comfort working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
Strong attention to detail, especially in regulated or high-trust industries
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
