As a Content Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day creation and execution of visual content across the hotel's marketing and communication channels, with a focus on F&B and lifestyle experiences.
Job Responsibility
Designing and adapting creative assets, including menus, on-site collateral, and digital materials
Supporting the rollout of content across platforms including social media, website, and paid media
Adapting existing creative into multiple formats and sizes to suit different channels and placements
Assisting with basic video editing for social and digital use
Preparing and exporting files in correct formats for print, digital, and advertising requirements
Organizing, tagging, and maintaining the internal asset library to ensure easy access and consistency
Tracking usage and versioning of creative materials across campaigns and platforms
Ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
Collaborating with marketing and operational teams to support ongoing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: InDesign or Illustrator (primary design tools)
Lightroom Classic (image selection and editing)
Premiere or equivalent video editing software
Acrobat
Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management
Ability to adapt creative across formats while maintaining consistency and quality
Basic understanding of print and digital production requirements
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
