We are currently searching for a hands-on, socially fluent creative who’s ready to make some serious noise online as part of a 12month fixed term contract opportunity. You’ll be creating content and building communities for two cult snack brands – PROPER and Eat Real. Bringing their brand platforms to life with personality, flavour and cultural edge across TikTok and Instagram.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, shoot, edit, and post scroll-stopping content that brings our brand platforms to life on TikTok and Instagram - from quick, reactive moments to more crafted, highproduction shoots
Write captions, copy, and scripts that nail our tone and make content work harder
Design graphics, memes, motion assets and templates that bring each brand’s expression to life
Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns - responding to briefs from ideation and storyboarding through to execution and post-production
Build and manage social content calendars, balancing planned campaigns, launches and reactive moments
Help shape distinctive brand voice on social platforms
Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions
Proactively comment on relevant posts, trends, and creators that put us at the centre of trending conversations
Stay plugged into social and cultural trends and share them with the team
Pitch reactive ideas daily and execute at speed
Help identify and engage with creators, events, and partners for brand seeding
Assist in packing, planning, and delivering product drops or collabs
Help us bring our scaled challenger story to life on LinkedIn with visuals and motion that’s consistent, creative, and unmistakably ours
Bring fresh ideas on how to stand out in a sea of corporate LinkedIn noise
Track and evaluate social performance and use insights to optimise strategy, content, and engagement
Make paid media recommendations to make high performing content go further
Share regular trend and performance updates with the wider team
Requirements:
Proven experience creating and managing social content, ideally for lifestyle, food, fashion, or beauty brands
Hands-on creator – confident shooting, editing and publishing
Deep understanding of platforms, audiences, and short form content formats and storytelling techniques that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial consumers
Skilled in short-form content tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Canva
Strong eye for design and aesthetics – understanding how to make content that feels stylised, current and unmistakably on-brand
Strong copywriter - you have a way with words, bringing brand personalities to life through copy that’s distinctive, engaging, and full of character
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture brand building with fast, reactive moments
Self-starter, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of our brand’s social presence
Based in or near London, with a few days a week in the office
