Job Responsibility:
Craft engaging, timely content that promotes certification services and brand values
Lead the development of content that enhances the client journey and educates diverse audiences
Produce blogs, articles, case studies, videos, and more
Own and manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and YouTube
Analyse data to refine content strategies and improve audience engagement
Update and optimise website content, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging
Collaborate with web developers to enhance user experience and SEO
Create or coordinate design assets for various campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all communications
Liaise with Public Relations partners to align content with corporate messaging
Support events and industry conferences with promotional materials
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and communications and marketing
Proficient in design tools (Adobe Suite) and website management (WordPress)
Strong writing, editing skills, and an understanding of SEO principles
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
