Job Responsibility

  • Craft engaging, timely content that promotes certification services and brand values
  • Lead the development of content that enhances the client journey and educates diverse audiences
  • Produce blogs, articles, case studies, videos, and more
  • Own and manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Analyse data to refine content strategies and improve audience engagement
  • Update and optimise website content, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging
  • Collaborate with web developers to enhance user experience and SEO
  • Create or coordinate design assets for various campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation and communications and marketing
