Job Description:

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Content & Communications Specialist for a 6+ month contract in the Providence, RI area. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 3+ days per week. The Content & Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing a variety of internal and external documents. Job Responsibility:

Create, update, and maintain documentation, process flows, instructions, and communications
Partner with leadership and SMEs to document processes
Identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations
Ensure consistency and guideline adherence across all communications
Support training initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in communications, writing, or related
3 - 5+ years of experience with technical or content writing
Familiarity with process documentation and internal communications best practices
Excellent writing skills
Portfolio of relevant writing samples
Strong communication and organization skills
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies a plus
Project management skills
Prior experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easily digestible content
Self-starter
Detail-oriented
