Job Description:

The Content & Community Partner will be the strategic architect of a new Social Accelerator pilot programme. You will be responsible for building the "Central Content Engine", defining the AI-driven workflows, and ensuring that the output maintains the high-trust, "human-to-human" reputation of the clients’ brand. This is a 6-month temp-to-perm role focused on proving the scalability of our proprietary social model. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, oversee day-to-day delivery, and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and paid teams to deliver integrated, high-impact work. You will champion Social Content and Community excellence, develop frameworks that scale, and mentor junior team members to strengthen capability within the function. This role is pivotal in delivering work that is culturally intelligent, creatively brilliant, and commercially effective.
