Responsible for leading the Content and Communications function for the Alfa Laval India Sales Region. This role acts as a trusted partner to the business, translating business priorities into communication strategies that are clear, relevant, and aligned to industry drivers, customer needs and commercial objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Content & Communication function for the region with full ownership of outcomes, quality and delivery
Translate complex technical and business propositions into sharp, differentiated narratives that strengthen value propositions and influence customer decisions
Act as a proactive partner to stakeholders – investing time to understand context, anticipating needs and shaping communication approaches that support business success
Develop and drive content strategies that improve engagement, digital performance (SEO, website) and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts, in collaboration with digital marketing
Anchor the strategic marketing plan for the region, in collaboration with the team, with understanding of industry drivers, business objectives and thoughtful campaign design for focus areas
Lead internal communication initiatives to drive clarity, alignment and engagement across the organization
Strengthen external positioning through PR, industry engagement, and partnerships in priority segments
Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to business context, industry nuances and audience needs
Own marketing investments and budget with a clear focus on ROI, effectiveness and outcome tracking
Requirements:
Engineering Graduate + MBA (Preferred) from Tier-1 institutes
minimum 5 to10 years’ experience
Good with strategic thinking and execution
Hand-on exposure in handling Agency, Organizers, Paid media
B2B market knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
Experience working across functions and building trust with diverse stakeholders
Ability to balance responsiveness with thoughtful prioritization in a dynamic environment
Hands-on capability with content creation and project management
