Job Description

We are launching new ventures to expand the Cricut ecosystem and are exploring new digital marketplaces to empower creativity in entirely new ways. We need a Marketplace Manager to build the content library for each of these new initiatives from scratch. You won’t be managing an existing list of partners; you will be the "Head of Supply." Your job is to find the best independent designers in specific creative verticals, vet their work to make sure it’s actually good (and commercial), and convince them to join our new ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Partnership Outreach: High-volume outreach to independent designers
  • Negotiate & close contracts
  • Scale the library for volume + quality
  • The Curator: Quality control of portfolios
  • Trend spotting in the maker space
  • Ensure visual standards for content
  • The Community Lead: Onboarding & engagement of creators
  • Act as voice of the seller to Product & Engineering teams
  • Manage pipeline of hundreds of partners for operational excellence

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success (CSM), or Community Management
  • Experience managing a roster of clients or community members (CSM factor)
  • E-Commerce fluency with digital goods or creator platforms
  • Sales acumen with cold outreach and closing deals
  • Aesthetic judgment and ability to curate content
