Job Description

The Content Account Lead drives strategy, storytelling, and campaigns for our clients. This team member will need to have a solid understanding of telling stories across media channels, a proficiency across social media platforms, a proven track record in content execution across those platforms, experience in leveraging reporting for content optimizations and as well as demonstrated proficiency in client management. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expertise to clients on Content strategy creation and execution
  • Lead content strategy and storytelling across multiple media channels, with a strong emphasis on social platforms
  • Develop, execute, and optimize content campaigns aligned to client goals and brand voice
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, expectations, and deliverables
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on content planning, platform selection, and performance optimization
  • Regular communication with media, audiences and clients via email, phone, meetings and social media

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in PR, Marketing Communications, Social Media, or Digital Marketing
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, PR, Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related degree
  • Specialized training, proficiencies, or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, PRSA membership, etc. are a plus
  • High level of experience of these social platforms and tools: Sprout Social, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Creation of Vertical Video, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Canva
  • Ability to read and explain data using social media analytics tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Self-starter, with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Strong marketing project management skills in terms of timely planning, executing, and reporting on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills in a Mac OS environment, combined with strong proficiency in programs like Excel and Sheets
