Job Responsibility

Lead and inspire the opticians team to deliver excellent patient-centred care
Support the safe running of the opticians business
Be an expert in the technical aspects of the products you recommend, as well as in the sale and supply of contact lenses and optical appliances
Be an expert in the Boots Opticians contact lens product portfolio
Be the go-to person for knowledge about complete care solutions, services and offers
Supervise the development, education and training of colleagues and supports and mentors students
Seek opportunities to engage with local commissioners and external healthcare professionals
Support the Divisional Contact Lens Lead in growing the business
Work in partnership with the local management team to deliver both contact lens and ophthalmology led services
