Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre. You'll be working 6 days and have 3 consecutive days off as part of a rolling rota that includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Job Responsibility:

Handle guest contacts via phone, email, SMS, and online messaging 24/7
Work with AI technology to deliver fast support
Resolve issues and complaints with empathy
Collaborate with global suppliers and TUI teams to fix problems quickly

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fluent in Polish and English
Ideally another European language
Organized and adaptable
Customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI tools
Remote-ready with professional home setup
Flexible for rotating shifts

Nice to have:

Another European language besides Polish and English
