We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre Agents. The role involves handling guest inquiries and complaints, collaborating with other departments, and working flexible shifts including occasional night shifts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Listen and respond to guests contacting 24/7
  • Proactively resolve guest complaints
  • Collaborate with other TUI departments

Requirements:

  • Right to work in Spain
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ideally another European language
  • Efficient & organized
  • Problem solver
  • Multitasker
  • Good listener
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
